LIEUTENANT  ZAKARIUS as usual starts his day (and this-- video)  by pulling on what he considers symbols of his authority ——his tall boots. As usual, he’d carefully spit-shined the rich black leather the night before.  What will be unusual is he’ll never get the chance to pull those boots off. That will be one of the jobs for the kid who works the night shift at the morgue. By the time the kid lays the lieutenant’s body out on a slab, Zak’s boyish face has taken on a  shadowy rugged look, the result of several days of growth of beard since his capture.  It’s now the kid’s job to cleanse the lieutenant’s body of all signs of his violent forced interrogation…. and his murder. ( If you happen to be in training to be an interrogator, you may want to take notes. )
