An aggressive underwear model is having an examination at his local clinic. He has a new doctor who he immediately takes a dislike to. The doctor checks over his patient's body, touching his shoulders and back and rubbing his neck and manipulating his limbs. The model is then suddenly chloroformed by the doctor, he gasps and pants and slowly he passes out. The doctor arranges his body and puts him up on the table in an orderly fashion. He then begins to slowly strip the man, removing his pants and shirt. He then pulls the body up and manipulates it aggressively, he touches the model's throat and he begins to wake up. The doctor wraps his hands around the victim's throat and begins to strangle him to death. The victim lashes out in a panic, kicking his bare feet and legs in desperation. Slowly he begins to fade and die, he falls limp in the hands of his killer. His dead body is moved side to side and he is placed back down. The doctor watches over his body and touches him, he rearranges the body and leaves the room.
