A young student arrives at a new doctors for his check up. He waits at the reception but no one is there, suddenly he is attacked by a large doctor wearing medical gear. He chloroforms the young student and brings him to the sofa in the reception to finish him off. When the young man passes out, the killer lifts him up and carries him to his inspection room. The doctor then undresses his victim and starts to touch his body with the young man remaining unconscious. The doctor puts his hand on the young man's crotch and suddenly he awakens. The doctor moves in fast and strangles the young victim before he can let out a cry. Slowly, his throat is crushed by his twisted attacker and as each minute passes he gets closer to death. As he fades, his limbs flop and his mouth hangs open wide. He is dead, the killer then smartens up his corpse before putting a toe tag on his victim, claiming his body as his own.
