The Pogo Film Project is a compilation of short films based on the perverted life of John Wayne Gacy, the notorious American serial killer who strangled and raped 33 young men and boys in the 1970s. Actor and Internet talk show host John Link introduces each twisted tale and discusses it's historical significance. / / / "What's The Trick" shows how easily Gacy under the pretense of demonstrating a magic trick, overpowered and handcuffed his innocent victims before strangling them to death. / / / "Two Construction Workers" looking for a job at Gacy's construction company end up being one of Gacy's "two for one" specials. / / / "Gacy's Curse" is a tale about a college student who finds the original rope Gacy used to strangle his victims, but soon discovers the rope has a mind of its own. The cursed rope turns innocent college students into mindless murderers seemingly doing the bidding of Gacy's ruthless spirit. / / / "POGO" is about Gacy's alter-ego "Pogo the Clown" who is hired to entertain a group of teenage boys, but decides to kill them all instead. / / / "Gacy, Hippie Cop" explores Gacy's ability to gain trust as he befriends a hitchhiking teenager who helps him murder a detective hot on his trail. The Pogo Film Project was over one year in the making and includes over three hours of footage that some people may consider too realistic and disturbing to watch.
