A young punk is in the doctor's office, forced to have a check up because of his past drug use. Unknown to him, his new doctor is a vicious killer. He sits in his underwear, unaware the doctor is about to attack. He is grabbed by his throat and strangled viciously in his chair. As he chokes and splutters, the doctor keeps squeezing, his grip getting tighter. He begins to slowly fade, he kicks out his legs and feet and with each movement they become weaker as his energy is drained by the vicious attack. He dies with the doctor's hands around his neck. His dead body is toyed with, his arms lifted and his body arranged in a more presentable fashion. To finish the fantasy, the doctor tags his dead victim.
