The Kyoto killer returns after a long hiatus, this time a series of twisted ghost murders are enacted by the vengeful spirit of Kyoto city. It's victims are all young males, selected for repeated deaths. Each time being brutally murdered only to arise again by the dark powers and then killed over and over until the spirit's depraved acts are completed. The victim's are repeatedly hung, stabbed, poisoned, choked by invisible hands, attacked with cords and the attacks are indiscriminate. The victims wearing nothing but their underwear or their work clothes, the spirit simply does not care as long as it is able to viciously defiles the young bodies of it's random innocent victims.
