Two doctors check over their patient, who is aggressive towards them. The two doctors are clearly not doctors and the victim tries to get up, one of the Doctor's snaps and then wraps his arms around the victim's throat in a sleeper hold while screaming at him to shut up. The other doctor watches, until the victim passes out briefly and the two killers then wrap the stethoscope around their victim's neck and choke him on the examination table. They taunt him and brutally strangle him, the patient kicks out his bare feet and writhes as the two killers subject him to their torture. Slowly the victim begins to fade, he passes out and is taunted again. He is pinned down and subjected to another round of brutal strangulation. They then sit their victim up, removing his clothes, leaving him sitting in his underwear. He is sleepered again and held down. He is strangled one last final time with the stethoscope by the killers who then continue to examine his dead body. They toy with his limbs and make taunts and comments, the victim laying cold and motionless on the table.
