A psychotic young teen arrives at a health clinic. He checks around for others, the practice is empty so he heads out to the inspection rooms. He stands in the door frame of a room and sees an intern there. He silently approaches him, the intern is creeped out and makes a run for it but he is chloroformed from behind. He lashes and kicks but passes out, his body is placed on the inspection table and the crazed student stripes his body. Taking off his uniform, shoes and socks and dressing in his uniform. The killer pretends his is the doctor and touches and toys with the unconscious victim. Slowly he begins to wake up, the teen the strangles the victim immediately. Pinning his throat down to the inspection table. He kicks out of his feet in desperation and coughs and splutters violently as he is strangled to death. Slowly he begins to fade, he dies on the chair and the insane teen continues his examination before leaving the body naked and dead in the clinic.
