An insane student chloroforms an underwear model after he tries to leave the practice. He is dragged back to the examination table and then brutally strangled by the bare hands of his young and insane killer. He taunts his victim, as he tosses his head from side to side. The model slowly slips away, coughing and spluttering violently. His eyes roll back into his head and he takes his final breath. His body drops hard onto the table and the killer begins to toy with his victim. He checks over his body, listening with a stethoscope to see if he is alive before making notes and leaving the scene.
